A hint when you need it
During every quiz you can give yourself a hand. There are two families of hints: standard ones, always available, and super hints, more powerful and with no penalty.
Standard hints
Available to everyone — even without signing up — and unlimited. In exchange they cost a few points off the quiz's final grade: a safety net always within reach.

As soon as you sign up you get your starter pack: 1 Rescue and 3 of each hint, and it's refilled every month. They're more effective and, where stated, don't cost you points. Each hint is designed for a particular quiz type.
Atomic Bomb
Removes 2 of the 4 wrong options.
Magic Wand
Reveals extra letters in the boxes that make up the words.
Cool Penguin
Stops the clock for 8 seconds, with no score penalty.
Charlie the Dog
Shows all the available clues at once, with no penalty.
Super Rocket
Shows a larger part of the image to make it easier to recognize.
Magic Hat
Adds up to 4 different letters to the boxes, based on the answer.
Rescue
It's as if you had never played that quiz: you can play it again to give the right answer and get a higher grade.
Everything refills every month
Your hints top up every month: on the first of the month your super hints go back to the original amounts. If you have more, they're left as they are.
